so, i started my full time job last monday, and whew, it’s tiresome. as a result, i have not worked out in the past five days. i’m still getting my schedule all together and sorted, so blah.
i did join a gym about two minutes away from my office though, so as soon as my mom gets back from paris on tuesday, i’m free to start going! (we have animals, and being away for too long is never good in this house…something always gets destroyed!)
as for my eating habits, they’ve been pretty great! i did some drinking two nights ago, so i know i went over my caloric budget that day, but otherwise i’ve been trying to eat clean and i’ve starting weighing my food. my biggest problem is that my portion sizes are HUGE - going to an all-you-can-eat cafeteria everyday for about nine months has really thrown off my sense of a fair sized meal. so, attempting to work on that, and then returning to my beloved weight room tuesday <3
